Returns & Exchanges

Pet Supplies (Collars, Harnesses, Leashes, Beds, Toys, etc.)

  • Unused items in original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Items must be unwashed, unaltered, and free of pet hair or odor
  • All sales are final on used or worn pet items for hygiene reasons

Stationery & Accessories

  • Unopened items may be returned within 30 days in original packaging
  • Opened or used stationery items are final sale

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or worn pet supplies
  • Opened stationery items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items without original packaging

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at info@collarandquill.com. We will replace or refund defective items with proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@collarandquill.com within 30 days of purchase
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization before shipping items back
  4. Ship items back in original packaging with all accessories

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
